Part of our 2017 Gardening Series
This workshop will focus on the importance of fertile soil and also talk about organic composting methods. Each participant will bring a sample of their own soil to be tested for organic matter content, microbial activity, and pH. We will also go over how to have your soil tested for lead, toxins, etc. The importance of compost as an amendment will be the other focus. Without a biological sound soil, plants will not thrive without chemicals.
For soil sample information email firstname.lastname@example.org with Soil Sample as the subject.
