Yoga for Less Stress & Better Sleep

Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 pm, Jan 19 - Feb 23 (6 week session)

A blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, designed to gently stretch, strengthen, and relax the body. Classes will focus on gentle alignment, and bringing the shoulders, back, and hips back into balance. Appropriate for beginners and those with intermediate yoga experience.

The class is led by Samantha Williams, RYT 500.  A native of downeast Maine, Samantha has traveled across the globe in her study of yoga, logging over 700 hours in yoga teacher trainings from Cape Elizabeth, Maine to Nosara, Costa Rica.  She specializes in yoga classes that offer both challenge and restorative relaxation.  She is also an ACE certified personal trainer, Zumba instructor, and a new mother.
